Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing one week prior to the event. Requests for refunds less than one week will be at the discretion of the Mr. Sammy Knight ESAA President and Mr. Matthew Giet-Paredes ESAA VP/event coordinator.
