WEBELOS Summer Resident Camp 

For Cub Scouts entering 4th & 5th grade fall 2016

WEBELOS will enjoy fun and challenging experiences in sportsmanship, crafts, nature, fitness, aquatics, shooting sports, camping skills, and showmanship.

Our Camp Activities emphasize the outdoors, and are designed with each Scout’s age, rank, and skill in mind. 

Archery and BB gun ranges will be available for the New Shooting Sports Patch and Pins

Attend as a Pack, Den, or individual Scout(s) with parent/guardian.

WEBELOS may attend with a parent or Den Leader. 

Camp starts Monday afternoon with arrival any time after 1pm and ends on Thursday at 10 am.  First meal is Monday dinner.

This camping experience is designed for Webelos scouts only.  No siblings or younger cub scouts.  A minimum of 2 adult leaders must accompany the boys to camp and units must maintain a 4:1 ratio of youth to adults.  Individual scouts(s) with parent/guardian registration must still meet the minimum 4:1 ratio.

Cancellation Policy

SDIC 2016 Cub Summer Camp Fee & Refund Policy

We understand that situations arise which require individuals to cancel camp attendance. In order to be fair to all parties and so we can properly prepare for your arrival, this refund policy will be followed. The San Diego-Imperial Council needs to hire staff, buy materials, and prepare for summer camp operations well in advance of the start of summer camp. Our payment schedule and refund policy is meant to encourage Packs to provide as accurate numbers as possible per the payment milestones, without overstating the number of Scouts they plan to bring. Please consider this policy when building your Pack roster. Strict adherence to this policy will be observed.

Refund requests must be in writing, as detailed as possible and received before arrival at camp. Acceptable reasons for adults are illness/accident, family emergency or work schedule change. For youth, acceptable reasons are illness/accident, family emergency or unforeseen school event. We encourage you to find a replacement if a scout or leader needs to cancel. Approved refunds will be processed within 30-45 days after your camp session. Payment Milestones are the following:

Deposit at registration is $50 per camper and is non-refundable.

Final Payment is due 7/1/2016.

Refund Requests received up to 30 days before camp session will be the monies paid on the registration except for the non-refundable deposit of $50 per paerson. After July 1 refund is 50% of total fee, After July 31, 2016 NO refund will be issued unless authorized by the Director of Support Services. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to www.sdiccamp@scouting.org
