MSR Family Resident Camp

August 7-10, 2017

Bring the whole family for Fun, Advancement, and Adventure

Youth $175 (out of council $195) Adult $100

Or $450 family rate of 4 (all participants must be immediate family members)

Make reservations for your whole family to spend four days at Mataguay Scout Ranch

and experience the great outdoors for all levels of  Scout camping!

 Activities include Archery, BB guns, games, crafts, nature, scout skills, horses, and swimming based on Cub Scout adventures as well as activities for younger and older siblings

New Boy Scouts will have opportunity to work on Trail to first Class advancement. 

For older youth and adults there will be special times for Rifle and Shotgun.

The camp provides all meals, program supplies, equipment and 2 person tents with cots.  You are welcome to bring your own family tent to accomodate individual family needs.

 

Camp starts Monday afternoon with arrival any time after 1pm and ends on Thursday 10 am.  First meal is Monday dinner.

Cancellation Policy

SDIC 2017 Cub Summer Camp Fee & Refund Policy

We understand that situations arise which require individuals to cancel camp attendance. In order to be fair to all parties and so we can properly prepare for your arrival, this refund policy will be followed. The San Diego-Imperial Council needs to hire staff, buy materials, and prepare for summer camp operations well in advance of the start of camp.

Refund requests must be in writing, as detailed as possible and received before arrival at camp. Acceptable reasons for adults are illness/accident, family emergency or work schedule change. For youth, acceptable reasons are illness/accident, family emergency or unforeseen school event. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after your camp session. Payment Milestones are the following:

Deposit at registration is $50 per participant and is non-refundable.

Final Payment is due 7/7/2017.

Refund Requests received up to 30 days before camp session will be the monies paid on the registration except for the non-refundable deposit of $50 per person. After July 7 refund is 50% of total fee, After August 6, 2017 NO refund will be issued unless authorized by the Director of Support Service. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to sdiccamp@scouting.org
