Magnolia Cub Day Camp General Information

DATE/ TIME: July 17-21, 2017 from 4pm-8:30pm

LOCATION: El Cajon LDS Stake Center, 1270 South Orange Ave, El Cajon CA 92020

COST: $75 per scout, if registered by June 23, 2017 or $85 per scout if registered on or after June 24; registration closes July 10, 2017

Cub Day Camp is available for all ranks of Cub Scouts.  Tiger Scouts MUST be accompanied by an adult.  

Day Camp is an extension of the Cub Scout Program.   It is designed to help individual scouts maintain the interest generated during the regular Scouting year through activities that can prepare for advancement.  

Campers need to bring a sack lunch every day.  One t-shirt is included with the camp fee.  Additional t-shirts are available for $10 each if ordered by June 24

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION: District Day Camps are 100% volunteer driven and capacity will be determined by the number of volunteers.

 Are you enthusiastic, caring and have a sense of adventure?   We will train you and adults volunteering for the entire week will receive a camp T-shirt

We also offer a sibling program for parent volunteers needing childcare for children age 4-11 yrs during the hours you volunteer (sibling program availability is dependant upon staff volunteers).

Payments can be made at our council HQ or online meetings. Full payment is due by July 1, 2017

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing two weeks prior to your camp session. Requests for refunds less than two weeks will be at the discretion of the Staff Partner.

Please submit all requests for cancellations and refunds to Heartland Day Camp at heartlanddaycamp@gmail.comor mail in your request to Heartland Day Camp SDIC-BSA, 1207 Upas Street, San Diego, CA. 92103

The $50 deposit is nonrefundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks after camp dates for processing of your refund if applicable.
