Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is the annual leadership training and lodge's opportunity to plan for the upcoming year.

All newly elected Chapter and Lodge Officers and Advisers are expected to attend.

This event is open to all Arrowmen who would like to help plan for 2018 and who would like further training.

Some of the topics include: Officer's Training, Trail to Brotherhood, Keys to Delegation, Fun & Productive Chapter Meetings, SURGE-Supporting Units through Really Great Elections, Chapter Communication, Changing Traditions.

In addition, for Advisers: Role of the Adviser-Working with Youth, How the Chapter Supports the Lodge & Building Relationships with Youth Leadership, All about Lodgemaster.

Continental breakfast & lunch will be provided.

What to bring: water bottle, pen, notepad and Cheerful Spirit 

Arrowmen must be current in their Dues in order to attend LLD. 2017 Dues can be paid online at Tiwahe Lodge Dues
