Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 weeks (Oct.1st) prior to the event. Refund requests made within the week before the event will be at the discretion of the event committee. Please email your request to Eric Gemmell reccos35@yahoo.com. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your refund.
