2022 National Order of the Arrow Conference

(Conference fee is $625. Airfare is expected to be in the $600 – $750 range-see below. The lodge contingent fee is expected to be about $150.)

Tiwahe Lodge hopes to offset a portion of each youth attendee’s fee. The amount of the offset depends on the success of the fund-raising efforts. If you would like to attend NOAC 2022 as a participant, please register today and make the $100 initial deposit.

You must be a member of the BSA in good standing, with current Tiwahe Lodge dues paid. The deposit will be refundable prior to January 1, 2022, but you MUST REQUEST THE REFUND IN WRITING.

Once you have submitted this registration, it is suggested that you consider making additional payments of $50–$150 per month, to avoid the need for a burdensome payment at the last minute. All payments will be made online using our Lodge Doubleknot account. Please

Note: The National Committee may limit the number of arrowmen from the lodge There will also be a minimum youth:adult ratio of 1:1. Filling out this registration will not guarantee selection to the contingent. Those who participate regularly in Chapter and Lodge events will receive priority. It is expected that every arrowman attending NOAC with the contingent will help train at the 2022 lodge fellowship (in November 2022).

Monthly NOAC Contingent meetings will be held prior to each month’s LEC meeting (second Monday of the month) at Atherton Hall (Camp Balboa) starting in September at 6:00 PM.

Conference Fee Pricing: Pricing Types:

• Early Fee (Oct. 4, 2021 - Dec. 15, 2021): $575 ($925 for Individuals)
  • Non-refundable unless event is cancelled (e.g. COVID)
  • Full fee paid at initial registration
• Normal Fee (Oct. 4, 2021 - May 31, 2022): $625 ($975 for Individuals)
  • Refundable minus $100 deposit, unless event is cancelled (e.g. COVID) then fully refundable
  • $100 deposit paid at initial registration
  • Remaining balance paid in spring 2022

Virtual Delegates: $75

Deposit Refunds: Virtual delegates are eligible for a full refund if cancelled before May 31, 2022.

National has set a lodge goal of 26 arrowmen for Tiwahe Lodge. That means we need to have a contingent of at least 13 youth members! We will travel as a contingent on Sunday, July 24 and stay at a Knoxville, TN hotel and arrive at the university on Monday.
