SDIC 2024 International Camporee

May 17th - 19th 2024

 Mataguay Scout Ranch (27955 Hwy 79, Santa Ysabel, CA 92070)

The 33rd Annual International Camporee 2024, is hosted this year by the SDIC International Committee, with the attendance of the Scouts de Mexico, Guias de Mexico, Girl Scouts and other International Scouting Organizations to promote Scouting brotherhood.

The SDIC 2024 International Camporee will be a unique weekend event with participants from the US, Mexico and other countries.  It will provide a venue and opportunity for Scouts from all over to meet each other and share their songs, their scouting spirit,  traditions and scouting experiences.

All participants must be registered as members of an Organization of the Scout Movement (eg. BSA, Asociación de Scouts de México, Scouts Canada, Association of Independent Scouts, Scouts Australia, etc.). All participants must be registered in their respective scouting organizations. The leader of each contingent must be at least 21 years old and assistant contingent leaders must be at least 18 years old. Every adult leader attending the camporee must follow BSA Youth Protection guidelines and current with YPT.

Due to the nature of the event, there are no activities or accommodations for younger Scouts/siblings.  

Costs:

Scouts $30.00 USDLL                              
Adults $25.00 USDLL
Staff:  $20.00 USDLL

Price includes all the Activities, Camporee patch, International Camporee surprise item, award ribbons, supplies and camping fees.

FOOD: 

Each unit is responsible for their own food, but if needed, at an extra cost there is the option for International groups or units flying in to make all their meals during the event at the camp dining room. For 20.00 per person. The meals will be limited to 350 participants on a first registered-first serve basis and will be just available for international groups or units flying in. Includes 3 meals on Saturday and a continental breakfast on Sunday. **Staff meals will be included. There is a link to use during registration to sign up for the Food Option.

All contingents must provide their own transportation to and from the International Camporee. Each unit should bring its own camping equipment. Scout units from outside the USA may ask that we provide tents and cooking gear for their use at the International Camporee, if the equipment is available.  Requests will be handled and confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

El 34° Camporee Internacional 2024, es organizado este año por el Comité Internacional SDIC, con la participación  de los Scouts de México, Guías de México, Girl Scouts y otras Organizaciones Scouts Internacionales para promover la hermandad Scouting.

El Camporee Internacional SDIC 2024 será un evento de fin de semana único, con participantes de Estados Unidos, México y otros países. Proporcionará un lugar y una oportunidad para que los Scouts de todas partes se conozcan y compartan sus canciones, su espíritu scout, tradiciones y experiencias scout.

Todos los participantes (jóvenes y adultos) deben estar registrados como miembros de una Organización del Movimiento Scout (ej. BSA, Asociación de Scouts de México, Scouts Canada, Association of Independent Scouts, Scouts Australia, etc.). Todos los participantes deben estar registrados en sus respectivas organizaciones scouts. El líder de cada contingente debe tener al menos 21 años. Todos los adultos participantes deberán cumplir con las reglas y entrenamientos de Protección a los Jóvenes (Youth Protection) y tomar el entrenamiento.

Debido a la naturaleza del evento, no hay actividades para scouts más jóvenes.

Scouts $30.00 USDLL

Adultos $25.00

Staff: $20.00 USDLL

Contamos con un descuento de $5.00 para las personas que se registren antes de Diciembre 31 de 2023.

El precio incluye todas las actividades, el parche del Camporee, el artículo sorpresa del Camporee Internacional, cintas de premios, suministros y tarifas de campamento.

ALIMENTO:

Cada unidad es responsable de su propia comida, pero si es necesario, por un costo adicional, existe la opción de que los grupos o unidades internacionales que lleguen en avión hagan todas sus comidas durante el evento en el comedor del campamento por $20.00 por persona. Losn paquetes de comidas estarán limitadas a 350 participantes, por orden de inscripción, y solo estarán disponibles para unidades internacionales o grupos que lleguen en avión. Incluye cena del viernes, 3 comidas el sábado y un desayuno el domingo.

Todos los contingentes deben proporcionar su propio transporte hacia y desde el Camporee Internacional. Cada unidad deberá traer su propio equipo de campamento. Las unidades scouts de fuera de los EE. UU. pueden solicitar que se les presten tiendas de campaña y equipo de cocina para su uso en el Camporee Internacional, si el equipo está disponible. Las solicitudes se manejarán y confirmarán caso por caso.
