***Please arrive between 5 PM and 5:30 PM to participate in the Flight Line Tour. Late arrivals will not be able to take the tour.

Here is your opportunity to congratulate the Eagle Scouts from the Class of 2023!  We cordially invite you to attend this year’s Eagle Recognition Dinner as a sponsor. Each Eagle Scout will be paired with a professional who shares their chosen career field, ambitions, or interests. You will have time at the Eagle gathering to learn more about your Eagle Scout and offer your mentoring and guidance to help launch them into a promising future!

Registration closes at 5 pm on March 20 and will close earlier if we reach capacity!

$250 Bronze (Patron) Sponsorship -Receive 1/4 page ad in the program.

$500 Gold (Knife) Sponsorship - Receive 1/2 page ad in the program & Special-Engraved Buck Knife.

$1,000 Silver (Program) Sponsorship - Includes 2 Sponsors, Receive full-page ad in program & Special-Engraved Buck Knife.

$5,000 Diamond Benefactor Sponsorship-Includes 8 Sponsors, Receive full-page ad in program & Special-Engraved Buck Knife.

Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to make the event, please let us know ASAP so we can remove your name and find a replacement for your assigned Eagle Scout. 

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing 2 weeks before the event. Requests for refunds less than 2 weeks will be at the discretion of the Event Chair.  Please submit all requests for cancellations and refunds to eaglescoutdinner@hotmail.com or daniel.ontiveros@scouting.org
