Our Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner will bring together leaders from the business community and Scouting, to help us recognize the outstanding accomplishments of the Eagle Scout Class of 2025.
Sponsorship Opportunities
$2,500 Eagle Scout Table Sponsor
An Eagle Scout Table Sponsor will receive a limited-edition engraved knife. In addition, the sponsorship covers the cost of 4 adult sponsors (you & your 3 guests) and 4 Scouts the adults are paired with for the evening. This sponsorship also comes with a full-page recognition in our program as well as recognition during the dinner. Each guest will receive the event patch and a commemorative challenge coin.
$1000 Silver Palm Sponsorship
A Silver Palm Sponsor will receive a limited-edition engraved knife. In addition, the sponsorship covers the cost of 2 adult dinners (you & your guest) and the 2 youth they are paired with for the evening. This sponsorship also includes a full-page ad in the program as well as recognition during the dinner. Each guest will receive the event patch and a commemorative challenge coin.
$500 Gold Palm Sponsorship
A Gold Palm Sponsor will receive a limited-edition engraved knife. Gold Palm Sponsorship covers the cost of your dinner and the Scout you are paired with for the evening. This sponsorship also includes a 1/2-page ad in the program. Each guest will receive the event patch and a commemorative challenge coin.
$250 Bronze Palm Sponsorship
A Bronze Sponsorship covers the cost of your dinner and the Scout you are paired with for the evening. This sponsorship also includes a 1/2-page ad in the program. Each guest will receive the event patch and a commemorative challenge coin.
$160 Dinner Sponsorship
A Bronze Sponsorship covers the cost of your dinner and the Scout you are paired with for the evening. This sponsorship also includes name recognition in the program. Each guest will receive the event patch and a commemorative challenge coin.
$160 Absentee Sponsorship
If you aren’t able to attend this year’s dinner, but would still like to support the Class of 2025 Eagle Scouts, you can still be an event sponsor! An Absentee Sponsorship at this level provides dinner for a sponsor and a Scout. You will receive name recognition in our program, an event patch, and a commemorative challenge coin.

Keynote Speaker: James Lofton
James Lofton is a former professional football player and coach. Widely regarded as one of the greatest wide receivers of all time.
He retired with the most receiving yards in NFL history and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003.
After his playing career ended, he became a wide receivers coach for the San Diego Chargers.
Dress Code
Sponsor Dress: Business Attire or Scout Uniform
Parking
Base policies do not permit waiting in the Officers’ Club parking lot. Drivers are welcome to wait at fast food locations or return to the base for pick-up at 9 pm. More information is forthcoming.
