Rancho Mesa District Scout Expo
Come Out and Meet the Packs, Troops, and Crews of the Rancho Mesa District.
Saturday, November 1st, 2025, 1pm to 4pm (set up starts at 12:00pm)

This is a district wide recruiting event for the Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Mira Mesa, Rancho Penasquitos, 4S Ranch, Carmel Mountain and nearby areas.
UNITS
We ask that all units interested in participating please register. Registration is free. If you know what kind of activity or game you would like to put on, please include it.
Registering will guarantee a spot for your unit and allow us to coordinate attendees. Each unit is responsible for their own Pop Up Shade, Activity, and unit marketing materials.
The Rancho Mesa Membership Committee will reach out to the Unit Contact you designate during registration with additional information.
All units must provide Health forms A & B for each person in the Unit. Please note that part A will not be returned to the unit.
