The San Diego 500 is a Zone and Council-level pinewood derby race that competes the fastest racers in the San Diego - Imperial Council. These five-ounce cars are constructed by Cub Scouts who have won the privilege of representing their Pack at this annual race.
Only two Cub Scouts per pack may be entered.
Every chartered Cub Scout Pack in the San Diego - Imperial Council may enter ONLY two (2) registered Cub/Webelos Scouts. There are NO exceptions for larger units, ties, Pack errors or transferred winning cubs.

Registration closes March 29th, 2024. No Late registrations will be accepted.
There are a limited number of racing slots available. Applications will be accepted in order of receipt.
If the Pack winner is not yet known, please complete registration and return after Pack Race to edit with racer's name and contact information when known.
Note that the name must be completed by March 29th, 2024 in order for the racer to receive a personalized certificate.
