Registration required, NO WALK-INS 

Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is the annual leadership training and lodge's opportunity to plan for the upcoming year.

All newly elected Chapter and Lodge Officers and Advisers are expected to attend.

This event is open to all Arrowmen who would like to help plan for 2022 and who would like further developmental training.

Some of the topics include: Vision/Goals/and Sharing Them; Building relationships, Performing Effectively, Retaining Members, Conversions, Conducting Proper Elections, Planning an Ordeal.

Lunch will be provided.

What to bring: water bottle, pen, notepad and Cheerful Spirit 

Arrowmen must be current in their Dues in order to attend LLD.
