High Adventure Leader WATER Trek Training Session IV
This 15-hour course prepares unit leaders to operate on flat and moving water. Session IV includes training on water safety and canoe handling. Leaders completing sessions I, II, and IV receive a patch and numbered card.
A trained adult with a current card must accompany units on all water outings. Leaders must renew Water Trek Card every 4 years.

- HALTT Sessions I, II
- A CPR card
- Any level of Red Cross (or equivalent) First Aid card
- Current Safe Swim Defense training (take online by logging into MyScouting under trainings)
- Current Safety Afloat training (take online by logging into MyScouting under trainings)
- Please bring Medical forms part A and B for each participant.
