Thank you for choosing Camp Fiesta Island for your summer camp!

Before registering, read over the following:

• When registering, you will be required to log in to a previous account or create a new one.  Take care in selecting the person to do this as their account will be how your unit logs back in to make online payments, add Scout's names, sign up for merit badges, and view completion reports after camp.

• Right now, only the $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

• For Family troops, you can use one registration with B&G after the number.   

• Free Camp T-shirts (Early Registration Incentive): Register online and pay the initial unit deposit by November 15, and pay in full by April 30, 2027.

• Registration owners can reduce participant numbers without fees before January 31, 2027, the first payment date.

• You can add participants to your registration at any time, subject to space availability.

• After January 31, 2027, all reductions in participant numbers are subject to the cancellation policy and fees owed. 

• If you are unable to make changes to your number of participants, use the following Update my Reservation link. (Only the Registration Owner is allowed to make changes to your account)

• Merit Badge Registration will not open until mid-May 2027.

• Please read and share with everyone in your unit our Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy.  Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy.  The payment schedule allows you to collect monthly payments from the Scouts/families.

• Doubleknot has a feature that lets you select auto payment for future payments according to the payment schedule.  **Please note that if you select this option, it will charge the same card used for the deposit.
