DESCRIPTION:San Diego Imperial Council \n  \n  \n and  \n  \n  \n American Red Cross presents \n  \n  \n First Aid, Adult CPR, and AED \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n April 18, 2026 (from 9 am - 12:30 pm) \n  \n  \n 3306 Avenida Anacapa Carlsbad Ca. 92009 \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n Cost:  $50 \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Class Size is Limited to 12 students and fills up quickly! \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Topics include: \n  \n  \n  \n 	Adult CPR and The Emergency Action Steps \n 	Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Prioritizing Care \n 	Use of Barrier devices… Bleeding Control…Tourniquets \n 	Conscious and Unconscious Choking, Burns and Shock \n 	Heat and Cold related emergencies and Sudden Illness \n 	Injuries to muscles, bones and joints \n  \n  \n Participants should: \n  \n  \n  \n 	be at least 15 years of age (exceptions can be made by training coordinator) \n 	be able to complete strenuous activities (such as bending, lifting, kneeling, etc) \n  \n  \n As a result of the course, participants will complete: \n  \n  \n  \n 	First Aid and receive a 2-year card. \n 	CPR and receive a 2-year card. \n  \n  \n This course DOES NOT provide: \n  \n  \n  \n 	First aid merit badge - Infant CPR training \n  \n  \n NOTE: CPR or First Aid may be taken separately but the cost is the same for all or part of a class. The exact start time of First Aid varies. CPR typically lasts 3 hours. \n  \n  \n Course Materials: First Aid-CPR-AED Instruction Materials \n  \n  \n Each registrant MUST HAVE their own email address. \n
