Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing one week prior to event Requests for refunds less than 1 week will be at the discretion of the Staff Partner and only for extreme, extenuating circumstances.

Please submit all requests for cancellations and refunds to POW-WOW at sdiccamp@scouting.org or mail in your request to POW-WOW SDIC-BSA, 1207 Upas Street, San Diego, CA. 92103

Please allow 2-3 weeks after camp dates for processing of your refund if applicable.
