Our Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner will bring together leaders from the business community and Scouting, to help us recognize the outstanding accomplishments of the Eagle Scout Class of 2025.
The Purpose of the Eagle Dinner is to:
- Recognize Scouting’s outstanding youth who have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, the Venturing Summit Award, or the Sea Scout Quartermaster Award.
- To offer a networking opportunity for Scouts and their sponsoring mentors from the San Diego business community.
- To recognize Eagles from the past for continued leadership in their community, their profession, and Scouting.
- To celebrate our 2025 contributions to the community, enjoy a dynamic guest speaker, and participate in the famous flight line tour!
2025 Scouts and Parents
- Eagle Scouts, Venturing Summit and Sea Scout Quartermaster award recipients are the honorees for the evening. There is no charge for the 2025 Scouts, but they must register to attend. No walk-in arrangements will be made available.
- Your dinner fee will be paid by your sponsor. Please contact us immediately if you cannot attend so that we can make other arrangements for your sponsor.
- Parents are more than welcome to attend but will need to register as a Sponsor for the evening. You will not be seated with your Scout, but instead will be seated with a Scout that matches your career, hobby or interests.

Our Schedule for the Evening!
5:00 – 6:00 PM Flight Line Tour
***Please arrive between 5 PM-5:30 PM to participate in the Flight Line Tour. Late arrivals will not be able to take the tour.
6:00 – 6:45 PM General Reception - Photo opportunities & Meet with your Sponsor/Scout.
6:45 – 7:00 PM Group Photos
7:00 – 9:00 PM Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner and Program
Dress code
Scout Dress: Scout Uniform Preferred
Cancellation Policy
Scouts: If you are no longer able to make the event after registering, please let us know ASAP so we can remove your name from the list and offer your spot to another Eagle Scout. Please email your cancellation request.
Transportation:
Carpooling is highly encouraged
Requirements to enter base
All drivers and adults in your vehicle must have a Driver License/Passport/Visa and have registered on our site. In addition, you must have proof of insurance in the car.
Parking
Parking is available for participants only. Base policies do not permit waiting in the Officers’ Club parking lot. Drivers are welcome to wait at fast food locations or return to the base for pick-up at 9 pm. More information is forthcoming.
Sponsors
Be part of this special evening by sponsoring a Scout. At the dinner you will be able to share information about your profession, interests, and hobbies and answer questions the Scout may have about their future. We do our best to match Scout career interests with those of their Sponsor.
